To follow the release of updated tehskeen's emulators, I also release a special Wii-mode version of the loader.
This should work also perfectly for PAL Wii users (50hz or 60hz mode)
Basically, it's just another SD-Front elf/dol loader dedicated to known emulators. | |

- corrected a bug that will make the loader crash if no suitable emulator dols is found
- added specific region ISO builder for PAL/JAP Wii users
